Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Potatoes 4 boiled


  • Paneer 1 tbsp grated


  • Peas 1 cup boiled


  • Onions 2 chopped


  • Green chilli 4


  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Bread crumbs 3 breads


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp


  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp


  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Boil potatoes and peas
  • Chop onion green chilli
  • Grate paneer
  • Mash potatoes and peas
  • Add all spices and salt
  • Make crispies of any desired shape
  • Make bread crumbs
  • Dip all purpose flour in water to make a thick paste
  • Dip crispies in paste
  • Coat with bread crumbs
  • Heat in oil till golden brown on both sides
  • Enjoy with chutney/sause
