Mash the boiled potatoes
Add green chilli coriander leaves salt Garam Masala ginger garlic paste and bread slices
Mix all ingredients properly and make small size rolls
Now in another bowl mix Maida Suji carom seed salt red chilli powder and tomato puree
Add 2 tbsp oil and knead it
Make a medium hard dough
Now take a small size dough and roll it in oval shape
Now cut it with strips from length side
Do not cut it from edges
Now put the potato roll in the middle side of the strips.
Now roll it from the both side of edges
Seal the edges properly
Now deep fry these cage in medium hot oil
When it turn golden colour take it out from the oil
Serve hot with tomato sauce
And the tomato cages are ready
