Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1cup boiled and grinded black chana

  • 4 boiled and mashed potato

  • 1 spoon grated ginger

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 2 green chilli chopped

  • 2 spoon cournflour

  • 1 spoon salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 spoon dry mango powder

  • 1/2 spoon coriander powder

  • 1/2 spoon chat masala

  • 3 spoon semolina

  • 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

    In a mixing bowl put all ingredients accept oil, semolina and cournflour.

    Mix well and make a dough.

    Now in a another bowl put cournflour add little bit of water and make a thin batter.

    Make a lemon size balls and dip in cournflour batter and coat it with semolina.

  • 05

    Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour.

    Serve hot with sause.
