Ingredients

1 cup poha soaked in water
4 boiled and mashed potato
4 carrot grated
4 green chilly chopped
1 tbsp green coriander chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Drain water from poha and mix potato,carrot and masala
Make pattty from it
Mix cornflour in half cup water and add salt and pepper
Dip patty in it and cover it with bread crumbs and deep fry it in hot oil
