Ingredients

  • shredded fresh coconut 1 cup

  • roasted poppy seeds 2 tablespoon

  • coriander leaves 1 tablespoon

  • chopped green chilli 1 teaspoon

  • grated Ginger ยน/2 teaspoon

  • salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • sugar 1 teaspoon

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Flour 4 tablespoon

  • cooking oil 3 tablespoon

Directions

    take a mixing bowl and put all ingredients

    nicely mixed it

  • 03

    heat oil in a fry pan

  • 04

    Take a coconut mixture on small tikki shape

  • 05

    and fry to both side on golden brown in mideum flame

  • 06

    both side are nicely fried then take out the fritters

  • 07

    garnish fitter some coriander leaves and chopped green chilli

  • 08

    now ready to serve our coconut fritters
