Roast the tomatoes on gas flame, keep the flame on medium until the tomatoes skin turn black from all sides. now transfer the tomatoes in bowl,add water to cool the tomatoes, keep it aside for 5 minutes for cool completely.
Now peel off the skin of tomatoes,take mixing bowl add tomatoes mash the tomatoes well and add remain ingredients mix well using (spoon or hand) now Tomato Chokha is ready.
