Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup flour


  • 1 tsp activated yeast


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 teaspoon oregano


  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes


  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese


  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms


  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic


  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions

  • for bread put flour in a bowl then put activated yeast salt and sugar and mix until well combined and knead for about 10 minutes
  • cover the dough and keep it aside for one hour in warm place
  • once it get proofed shape the dough into log and bake it for around 20 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade
  • now cool the bread at room temperature and cut them into thick slices
  • For topping heat butter in a pan then put garlic and saute for 1 minute then put mushroom and saute until mushroom cooks well
  • Now season it with salt pepper and lemon zest and put aside to cool
  • For assembling grill the bread slices in butter then spread 1 tbsp ricotta cheese then put mushroom topping and serve this starter at room temperarure
