  • 1pkt pani puri 1tbl spoon pani puri masala 1tblspoon zeera powder 2tbl spoon black salt

  • Half cup mint leaves half cup corinder leaves 5green chillies a piece of ginger 1/2cup tarmid 1/2cup dates water 1cup black chana boiled and suprt 2boiled potatoes chillie powder

    Fr makeing pani grind mint leaves corinder leaves green chillie and ginger grind to fine paste remove add one big glass of water pani puri masala obe teaspoon zeera powder salt half lime juice and mix and keep in fridge fr cooling

    Fr sweet chutney boil tramid abd khajur fr ten minwith water when cool strain it add salt sugar zeera powder chillie powder and mix it

    Cut boiled potatoes and mix black chana add salt chilie piwder and keep aside

    Now serve with puris ...take one puri add little potato mixture then add sweet chutney then dip in mint spicy pani and enjoy u cann add salted bhoondhi also
