  • 200gms tomatoes

  • 50gms fried peanuts

  • 3tsp dri coconut powder

  • 3tsp sesame seeds

  • 1tsp cumin powder

  • 1tsp daniya powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1Pinch tumeric

  • 1cup coriander

  • 1tsp chilli powder

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1cup oil

  • 1cup tamarind juice

  • 1cup onion slices

  • 1tsp Ginger garlic paste

    Take freshly washed tomatoes,cut by half scoop inside seeds in a bowl

    Take a blender,put fried peanuts,sesame,dri coconut,make fine powder its main course powder

  • 03

    Add salt,chilli powder,cumin,daniya powders,salt,garam masala mix well although powders its gives flavour to the tomato

    Take each tomato cup stuff already prepared main course powder

    Heat a cadai pour oil add onion,chilli pieces,add ginger garlic paste fri well

    Once its fried and get nice aroma add stuffed tomato pour tamarind juice onto cadai keep cook 10mins

    Close lid cook on medium flame once tomato soften then take oit to plate add fresh cream on it ... ready to serve
