Peel of the bitter gourd and sprinkle half tsp salt on it, rest it for 15 minutes
Dry roast all the whole masala , let it cool and grind them
Now mix this roasted masala in the curd and other masalas ,mix them well
Now squeeze all the bitter gourds well because due to salt it will be filled with water
Fry all the bitter guards on high flame until golden brown
Fill this ready masala in the bitter gourds
Cut onions in big dice heat up 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry these onions and remove from the pan. Keep them aside
Grind tomatoes and heat up again some oil add some cumin seeds, turmeric ,salt , red chilli powder and some garam masala.
After 2 minutes add tomato puree in it. Stir for 6 to 7 minutes
At last add fried onions and stuffed bitter gourds. Serve hot
