Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions.
Add the minced chicken.
Saute until the meat turns white.
Add in the mixed veggies.
Add tomato paste and tomato purée.
Cook until the gravy thickens.
Sprinkle oregano.
Butter a baking dish.
Spread the white sauce.
Place the lasagna sheets.
Layer the meat mixture. Spread cheese.
Spread the white sauce again and repeat the layers until done.
Make sure the top layer is white sauce and cheese.
Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
Bake @180° for 45 minutes.
