Ingredients

  • 200 gram Paneer


  • 1 cup gramflour


  • 1/4 spoon turmeric


  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder


  • 1/4 spoon chat masala


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 3/4 cup oil


  • 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Cut the paneer into triangular shape.
  • In a bowl put gramflour, salt, turmeric red chilli, chat masala and make a batter by slowly adding water to it.
  • Stir to make sure that no lumps.
  • Add baking soda and mix again to make a smooth batter .
  • Heat oil in a pan dip paneer into batter and deep fry it.
  • Remove the pakoda on absorbent paper .
  • Serve hot with sause or chutney.
