200 gram Paneer
1 cup gramflour
1/4 spoon turmeric
1/2 spoon salt or as per taste
1/2 spoon red chilli powder
1/4 spoon chat masala
1 pinch baking soda
3/4 cup oil
2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
Cut the paneer into triangular shape.
In a bowl put gramflour, salt, turmeric red chilli, chat masala and make a batter by slowly adding water to it.
Stir to make sure that no lumps.
Add baking soda and mix again to make a smooth batter .
Heat oil in a pan dip paneer into batter and deep fry it.
Remove the pakoda on absorbent paper .
Serve hot with sause or chutney.
