1 pack frozen puff pastry, thawed
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried cilantro
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 deg f (200 deg c).
Line a baking tray with ovenproof parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry in to the parchment paper.
Combine all dry herbs and spices with olive oil.
Apply the herbs infused olive oil in the pastry.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese all over the pastry.
Tightly roll the pastry. Cut the log in 1" rounds. Press them between the palms of the hands and lay them on the baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer to wire rack to cool.
Serve with hot sauce.
