Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 100 gram chopped cottage cheese

  • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce

  • 1 tsp soya sauce

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • 2 tsp corn flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

    Mix butter and sugar in all purpose flour

    Knead with 1 tbsp chilled water and wrap in a plastic sheet

    Keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes

    No heat of the oil in the pan sauté onions and capsicum for 2 minutes

    And water in the corn flour and make a thing paste

    Now add all the souces, vinegar ,masalas, honey along with the corn flour paste

    Now and cottage cheese in it

    Let it cool , now remove the dough from the fridge

    Roll on the pastry roller very carefully and place it in the tart pan and prick with the fork

    Now fill this tart with the ready mixture

    Cover it tightly with dough strips

    I have used nonstick Pan for baking so fill this Pan with a cup of salt preheat it

    Place the tart pans in it for 15 minutes

    Now remove and let them cool

    Serve with the sauce
