Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 1/2 cup butter


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 100 gram chopped cottage cheese


  • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 1 tbsp honey


  • 2 tsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 2 tsp corn flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Mix butter and sugar in all purpose flour
  • Knead with 1 tbsp chilled water and wrap in a plastic sheet
  • Keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
  • No heat of the oil in the pan sauté onions and capsicum for 2 minutes
  • And water in the corn flour and make a thing paste
  • Now add all the souces, vinegar ,masalas, honey along with the corn flour paste
  • Now and cottage cheese in it
  • Let it cool , now remove the dough from the fridge
  • Roll on the pastry roller very carefully and place it in the tart pan and prick with the fork
  • Now fill this tart with the ready mixture
  • Cover it tightly with dough strips
  • I have used nonstick Pan for baking so fill this Pan with a cup of salt preheat it
  • Place the tart pans in it for 15 minutes
  • Now remove and let them cool
  • Serve with the sauce
