Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Suji 1 bowl

  • Rice flour 2 tsp

  • Cornflour 2 tsp

  • Dahi 1 cup

  • Salt 1/2tsp

  • Smooth curd 500g

  • Tamarind sauce 2 tsp

  • Tomato ketchup 2 tsp

  • Dry roasted jeera 1tsp

  • Red chilli 1/4tsp

  • chop mint 1tsp

  • Oil 2tsp

Directions

    Take a big bowl add suji,cornflour,salt and dahi mixed add water and make a semi thick batter rest in 1 hour.

    After 1 hour take a appam pan heat and oil brush pour batter in pan and make a oil free bhalla.

    Take a smooth curd add salt,chilli jeera mixed add chop mint and bhalla dip in dahi.

    Then bhalla set in fridge after cool serve bhalla garnish tamarind and tomato ketchup.
