500 gram rohu fish
1 spoon salt or as per taste
1/2 spoon turmeric
1 spoon red chilli powder
1 spoon coriander powder
1 spoon ginger - garlic paste
1/2 lemon juice
3/4 cup oil
Directions
Wash and clean the fish with water.
Put all spices except oil on the fish.
Marinate the fish and keep aside for 15 minutes
Heat a pan put oil and fry the marinated fish both sides till dark brown colour.
Serve with salad.
