Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Grated paneer - 1/2 cup


  • Boiled potato - 1


  • Chopped onion - 1


  • Chpopped green chillies - 1


  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Garam masala powder - 1/8 th tsp


  • Cumin powder - 1/8 th tsp


  • Chaat maspala powder - 2 pinches


  • Salt - 1 tsp


  • Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tbsp


  • Bread crumbs (just for dusting) - 1/2 cup


  • Refined oil - 3 tbsp

Directions

  • Mash the boiled potato and mix the grated paneer, the spices, and rest of the ingredients except the bread crumbs together.
  • Make small tikkis out of the mixture and coat them with bread crumbs.
  • Rest them in the fridge for about 20 minutes, shallow fry them in little oil, on a pan.
  • Serve with chutney or sauce.
