Grated paneer - 1/2 cup
Boiled potato - 1
Chopped onion - 1
Chpopped green chillies - 1
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/8 th tsp
Cumin powder - 1/8 th tsp
Chaat maspala powder - 2 pinches
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs (just for dusting) - 1/2 cup
Refined oil - 3 tbsp
Mash the boiled potato and mix the grated paneer, the spices, and rest of the ingredients except the bread crumbs together.
Make small tikkis out of the mixture and coat them with bread crumbs.
Rest them in the fridge for about 20 minutes, shallow fry them in little oil, on a pan.
Serve with chutney or sauce.
