Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 100 gm noodles

  • 1 finely chopped onion

  • 1 finely chopped tomato

  • 1 finely chopped green onions

  • 1 finely chopped capsicum

  • 1 finely chopped carrot

  • 3-4 finely chopped garlic clove

  • 15 gm finely chopped ginger

  • 250 Oil to deep fry

  • 1 litre water to boil

  • 1 spoon salt

  • 1 spoon soya sauce

  • 1 spoon vinegar

  • 1 spoon Chilli sauce

  • 2 spoon ketchup

  • 1 lemon

  • 3-4 finely chopped green chillies

Directions

    Take a pan add water, noodles, 1/2 spoon salt and 1 spoon oil. Keep them on heat to boil

    Boil 7-8 minute and wash with cold water, it will bot stick.

    Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry boiled noodles to make them crispy

  • 04

    Crush these crispy noodles

    Now heat 1 spoon oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and ginger, satue for 30 sec then add capsicum, carrot and onion and saute for 1 minute.

    Now add tometo and cook for 30 sec,.

    Now add crispy noodles, mix welland then add soya sauce, Chilli sauce, vinegar, salt and green chillies and ketchup, now mix well

    Now switch off theflame and add lemon juce and serve
