  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 tsp red chilly powder 1 tsp black pepper I tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tbsp mint leaves 1 green chilli finely chopped 1/4 cup corn flour 1/2 cup rice flour 1 egg 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp oil Salt to taste

    Wash and clean the chicken thoroughly. Take it in a mixing bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and oil to it. Mix well and marinate chicken for 1_2 hours in a refrigerator. Now add egg, corn flour, rice flour n some salt to it n mix well. Now take a wok and heat oil for deep frying in it. Dip the marinated chicken pieces in oil. Add in a batch wise don’t stuff it all together. First fry it for 5 mins and remove from oil, reduce the flame to low. Now again put half fried chicken pieces into oil and fry for another few minutes. Stir the pieces up and down while frying it. Sauté it until it turns golden brown. Drain the chicken pieces from oil and transfer into paper towel to remove the excess oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
