Mutton : 1/2 kg, chopped to 1-inch pieces
Hung curd : 1/2 cup
Butter/mustard oil: 2 tbsp
Tikka masala :2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Raw papaya paste : 1tbsp
Kashmiri red Chilli powder : 1 tsp
salt as your taste
Directions
Mix well the butter,ginger garlic paste, raw papaya paste, red chilli powder,curd and salt and marinate the mutton pieces for 2_4 hours or overnight.
• Pre-heat the convection oven at 200 degrees.
• Place the mutton pieces in the grill tray and cook on combination mode for 16 minutes at 200 degrees.
Then brown it on convection mode on 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
• Remove and sprinkle chat masala over it along with lemon juice and serve with onion ringlets.
