1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp sweet corn ½ capsicum, finely chopped 1 medium sized tomato finely chopped ¼ tsp salt 3 tbsp pizza sauce 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated 1/2 tsp mixed herbs 1/2 tsp chilly flakes 8 slice bread, white / brown 2 Tbsp All Purpose flour/ Maida mixed in water oil for deep frying
In a large mixing bowl add all chopped vegetables, pizza sauce, cheese, chilly flakes and mixed herbs mix well. Take 4 to 5 tbsp refined flour, add water in small portions and prepare a thin paste from it. Add less than ¼ tsp salt to it.Mix well. Now take a bread slice and trim off the edges and roll thin. stuff the stuffing and grease the edges with refined flour paste and press and stick the edges. Fill all the packets likewise and keep in a plate. Heat the oil and deep fry the bread pizza pockets on medium flame. or preheat oven and bake at 180 degree celsius for 15-20 minutes. Finally, serve bread pizza pockets hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
