Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250 gram or 3,4 tomatoes

  • 1 bayleaf

  • 1 cinnamon

  • 2 green cardamom

  • 2 cloves

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbs green corriender

Directions

    Cut and boil tomatoes with bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon,clove,salt blackpepperadd 1 and 1/2liter water

    Cook for 1 hour or take 3 ,4 whistle in slow gass,

    Strain the juice,,

  • 04

    Hot again add giner ,,

  • 05

    And serve with Corriender leaves or basil leaves
