Roasted groundnuts 200 grams
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Maida 2 cups
Hing 1 pinch
Salt 1 tsp(adjust as per taste)
Red chilli powder as preferred or 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep frying or 250 grams
Chopped onion 1 big
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Peel off the skin of groundnuts by mashing in between your palms.
In a bowl add the maida and cornflour. Add salt red chilli powder . add the chopped onions and coriander leaves
Mix well adding some water. Make a dropping batter. It should not be runny.
Add the groundnuts in the batter and coat well with the batter.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Drop the spoon full of batter in the oil. Cook equally on both sides till the pakoras are crisp.
Remove the pakoras and keep aside. Serve as appetizers.
