  • One boiled potatoes 2tabel spoon chana spourt 1tsp salt 1tsp redchillie powder 2table spoon roasted jeera powder one tsp blacksalt .one pkt of puris sweet imlee chutney

  • One tblespoon corinder fresh and 2tblspoon mint fresh leaves 2green chillies a piece of ginger 1tsp pani puri masala fr sweet chutney mix half tarmaid and half dates 2tbl spoon sugar

    "cut boiled potatoez in small cubezs mix with spourted cjana add salt zeera powder chillie powder and keep asaide fr pani grind corinder mint leavez chillie and ginger adding water remove and then add one cup water black salt ..roasted zeera powder and panipuri masala and jalf lemon juice mix and keep to cool fr sweet chutney boil the tarmmid and khajur fr ten min when cool smash it and strain it the pulp ..add sugar salt chillie powder to it and mix it ..keep aside

    Fr serving ....put pani and swwet chutney in shot glasses and put potatoes in puri and serve
