Chicken boneless - 300gms
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Hung curd - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Cumin corriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Oil/ghee for brushing on top - 1 tbsp
Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin corriandr powder, salt, chilli powder, turmeeic powder & hung curd. Leave it in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Now take the pieces of chicken n insert them on the bamboo/ grill stick & brush them with oil/ghee.
Place them on grill stand & put it in grill mode in the microwave oven for 30mins. Inbetween change sides & brush oil.
Serve with onion rings & lemon slices.
