coarsly powder coriander seeds, pepper, somp, ajwain seeds
mix besan, masala powder, ginger chilli paste, salt, methi and coriander leaves
heat two spoon oil and mix with basan mixture
add required water and mix into bajji consistancy
deep fry in hot oil on medium flame
serve hot with coriander chutny
for coriander chutny grind coriander, green chillies, salt, add curds and roasted jeera powder
