Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves


  • 1:2 cup chopped coriander


  • 2 spoon ginger and chilli paste


  • 1/2 spoon each coriander seeds, pepper, somp, ajwain


  • 2 spoon oil


  • 1/8 spoon turmeric and hing each


  • 1 cup basan


  • 1 small spoon salt


  • 1/2 spoon chilly powder


  • 250 gram oil for frying

Directions

  • coarsly powder coriander seeds, pepper, somp, ajwain seeds
  • mix besan, masala powder, ginger chilli paste, salt, methi and coriander leaves
  • heat two spoon oil and mix with basan mixture
  • add required water and mix into bajji consistancy
  • deep fry in hot oil on medium flame
  • serve hot with coriander chutny
  • for coriander chutny grind coriander, green chillies, salt, add curds and roasted jeera powder
