Ingredients
Serves 4
12 fillets of seer fish cleaned and pat dried with the of kitchen towel.
1 tbsp garlic paste
Little water may 1 tbsp.
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chickpea flour
1/4 tsp tamarind pulp
Salt according to taste.
1 tsp lemon juice.
1/2 cup rice flour.
Oil for shallow frying.
Directions
First clean fish fillets and pat them dry. Now marinate it with some salt,turmeric powder and lime juice. Leave this for 15 mins. Now mix tamarind pulp coriander leaves,chicpea flour and all spice powder into a thick paste apply it over the fish and leave it for half an hour.
Coat the fish with rice flour and shallow fry it. Serve hot.
