1 tsp mustard seeds(rai/sarson)
1 pinch asafoetida(hing)
2-3 nos curry leaves(kadi patta)
3 nos finely chopped green chillies
1 nos medium chopped onions
1/2 cups finely chopped carrots
1/4 cups green peas
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp cashew nuts pieces
1 tsp salt to taste
1/4 cups finely chopped coriander(dhania)
2 tbsp grated coconut or lemon juice(optional)
