Take a bowl add boiled noodles, boiled potatoes, chaat masala, black pepper, oregano chopped chili and salt.
Mix it nicely using your hand.
Make small balls out of it and make a hole in it. Now put some grated chesse (you can also use cheese cubes) now cover it nicely and give it a shape you like.
Take pot add corn flour and some water.
Give it a nice mix.
Dip the tikkis into the corn flour batter and roll it in the bread crumbs.
Now shallow fry it till golden.
