Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds when its hot.
When seeds will crackle add ginger garlic paste and stirr so that it does not burn.
Blend tomatoes to smooth paste and and it into the cooker.
Add all the seasonings and salt.
roughly mash potato and add it into the cooker.
Add 1 cup water and close the lid. make 1 whistle and close the gas.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
