Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups roasted rawa/ sooji ( if it is not roasted you can roast it in pan on medium flame).


  • 1 cups milk


  • 2 tsp sprig's caramel


  • 5 tsp sugar


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder


  • 4 tsp ghee


  • 2 tsp chopped nuts and raisins

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add rawa, saute it on medium flame for a minute.
  • Add milk and sugar.
  • Stirr it for a minute and add water if required.
  • close the lid until rawa doubles its size.
  • Add chopped nuts and cardamom powder.
  • Add caramel and mix it well.
  • Serve hot
