Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup gram flour

  • 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves

  • 1 pinch carrom seeds

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 2 tsp curd

  • 2 cup oil

Directions

    Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it up.

    Gently add water and knead it into a soft dough.

  • 03

    Grease the dough with oil and let it rest for 5 minutes.

  • 04

    Divide the dough into small balls and keep oil for heating in a wok.

  • 05

    Roll the balls into small poori using poori maker or rolling board and pin.

  • 06

    when oil is hot deep fry the poori and take out on a paper napkin to remove excess oil .

  • 07

    Serve it with curd or pickle.
