Take a bowl and add gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, coriander,soda and some water to make a thin batter.
slit chillies vertically and add some salt in it.
Heat oil in a pan and when it smoking hot add some hot oil in the batter.
dip green chillies into it and deep fry until golden brown.
when it starts to float on top remove it on tissue paper and serve hot.
