Ingredients

  • 5-6 spicy hot small green chillies


  • 1/2 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 cup oil for frying


  • 1 tsp fresh coriander chopped


  • 1-2 tbsp water

Directions

  • Take a bowl and add gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, coriander,soda and some water to make a thin batter.
  • slit chillies vertically and add some salt in it.
  • Heat oil in a pan and when it smoking hot add some hot oil in the batter.
  • dip green chillies into it and deep fry until golden brown.
  • when it starts to float on top remove it on tissue paper and serve hot.
