  • 2-3 nos small brinjals (sliced)


  • 1/2 cups mushrooms(sliced)


  • 1 nos medium broccoli(cut into florets)


  • 100 gms green beans-chopped


  • 100 gms coconut cream


  • 1 tbsp vinegar


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 5-6 nos for thai curry paste: kashmiri chillies(soaked in 1/2 cup water)


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 8-9 nos garlic flakes


  • 2-3 nos basil leaves


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
