  • 100 gm Paneer 1/2 cup hung curd


  • 1/4 cup Gram flour 1 tsp ginger garlic paste salt 1/4 tsp (adjust according to your taste) 1/4 tsp garam masala powder 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala


  • 1/2 cup water


  • Refined oil 1 cup

Directions

  • Take a bowl mix red chilli powder,salt, ginger garlic paste,garam masala, black pepper powder,salt,curd,black salt,mix well
  • Now cut the paneer pieces in to squares and marinate in to curd mixture, refrigerate for 10 minutes
  • In a separate bowl mix gram flour,1 tbsp oil,salt,water,to form a creamy consistent batter
  • Pour the marinated paneer pieces into the gram flour batter
  • Roast papad over medium flame,and crush it to form a crumble
  • Roll paneer cubs in the crushed roasted papad and then deep fry in hot oil till they turn brown in colour
  • Drain on absorbent paper and serve with chutney and sauce
