  • 2_Papad

  • 100 gm Paneer 1/2 cup hung curd

  • 1/4 cup Gram flour 1 tsp ginger garlic paste salt 1/4 tsp (adjust according to your taste) 1/4 tsp garam masala powder 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Refined oil 1 cup

    Take a bowl mix red chilli powder,salt, ginger garlic paste,garam masala, black pepper powder,salt,curd,black salt,mix well

    Now cut the paneer pieces in to squares and marinate in to curd mixture, refrigerate for 10 minutes

    In a separate bowl mix gram flour,1 tbsp oil,salt,water,to form a creamy consistent batter

    Pour the marinated paneer pieces into the gram flour batter

  • 05

    Roast papad over medium flame,and crush it to form a crumble

  • 06

    Roll paneer cubs in the crushed roasted papad and then deep fry in hot oil till they turn brown in colour

    Drain on absorbent paper and serve with chutney and sauce
