  • 8 Idli built (bnai hui or leftover ) Ingredients to make the solution: - 1 bowl gram flour 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste Salt to taste 2 teaspoons green coriander leaves 1/2 teaspoon ajwain 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon chat masala Oil to fry

    Method :- Prepare a smooth solution by mixing all the ingredients in the gram flour and mixing a little water (the solution is not too thin or thick) Heat the oil in a pan or kadhai, put Idly in a gram flour and mix one and all pakodas together on medium flame and take both golden water. Serve ready Idli pakoda with tea or sauce
