Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • Boiled Potato 500 gm


  • Rosted Oats powder 2 cup


  • Chopped green chilli 4 tsp


  • Salt To Use 1 tsp


  • Water 1 glass or requaired


  • Chopped coriander 2 tsp


  • Chopped Mint leaves 1 tsp


  • Fried Aallo Laccha sev 1 bowl


  • Sweet chatney 1 cup


  • Sour chatney 1 cup


  • Whipped Curd 1 cup


  • Red Chilli powder 1 tsp


  • Chaat masala 2 tsp


  • Roasted cumin and asafotidea powder 2 tsp


  • You can use grated raddish or anardana 4 tsp


  • Oil for fring 100 ml


  • Gram flour 1/2 cup


  • Rice flour 1/2 cup

Directions

  • Take a bowl mashed potato.
  • Add little bit of salt,chilli powder,coriander,mint and mix it.
  • Now take a big bowl add half oats powder,garm flour, rice flour and some salt add water and mix With tthicky consistancy.
  • Heat oil in a pan .
  • Now make a boll of mixture and roll on half oats powder and dip in liquid batter.
  • Fry in oil till golden brown.
  • All tikki fried just same.
  • Now serving time.. Take a bowl first serve curd in bowl.
  • Serve tikki with sweet,sour chatney and other spices
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and Green chilli.
