Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 slices bread


  • 2 small boiled aloo


  • 4 teaspoon Green chutney


  • 4 teaspoon Sweet chutney


  • 1 small Onion


  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds


  • 1/2 teaspoon Jeera


  • 1/3 teaspoon Turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch Hing


  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice


  • 1/2 teaspoon or to taste Salt


  • 2 Green chilli


  • 1 teaspoon Curry pata


  • 1/2 inch ginger grated

Directions

  • First to make canapés. Take a round cutter and cut the bread to rounds. Then toast it and 180 degrees for ten mins. Keep aside.
  • For topping aloo Subji. Take oil in pan heat it add mustard seed jeera green chilli curry pata hing turmeric powder and saute it once done add the onions and grated ginger to it and cook well with 1 pinch of salt. Once cooked add boiled and mashed aloo with salt and let it incorporate well. Once all the masala blend well switch of the flame and add the lemon juice.,
  • For Green Chutney: Add One bunch of coriander leaves and one bunch of pudina leaves with two green chiili and half teaspoon lemon juice mix well in a mixy to make a fine paste.
  • For sweet chutney : Add one big ball of tamarind into hot water and take out the pulp add 1 teaspoon jaggery and 1/2 cup of date paste with 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder and half teaspoon jeera powder,and cook till it becomes thick.
