Ingredients

200 gm prawns
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon all purpose flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 cup white oil
15 toothpick
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Clean the prawns properly
Put the toothpick in the prawns diagonally
Marinate the prawns with lemon juice and salt then rest for 15 minutes
Again marinate with ginger garlic paste turmeric powder red chilli powder then rest it about 1 hour
Beat egg with salt and black pepper powder
Mix bread crumbs and all purpose flour
Deep the prawns into egg then coat with bread crumbs
Now deep fry the prawns in medium heat
