Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 8 pieces of bread


  • 2 big boiled potatoes


  • 1 chopped small capsicum


  • 1 tbsp chopped carrot


  • 1 tbsp corns


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp origano herbs


  • 1 chopped green chilli


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 tsp corn flour


  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Directions

  • Boil corns in the water
  • In a plate mix all chopped vegetables and corns
  • Mix boiled potatoes and all masalas in the mixture
  • Take a small bowl add water and corn flour to make paste
  • Cut bread pieces in small round shaped circles with the help of lid
  • Now spread potato mixture on the bread rings evenly
  • On the potato mixture spread half tsp corn flour paste and stick sesame seeds on it
  • Heat up a non stick tava spread some oil shallow fry these coins until golden brown
  • Serve hot with sauce
