Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 packet spaghetti


  • 4 cheese cube(medium size 1 medium sized onion finely chopped


  • 2 chopped green chillies


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 2 tbsp black pepper


  • 200 gm all purpose flour


  • 250 ml milk


  • 50 gm butter


  • 200 gm bread crumbs


  • 2 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  • Boil the spaghetti and keep aside.
  • Take a pan, pour the milk flour in it, stir continuously.
  • Then add butter and give it a good mix .
  • When the gravy will be thick, add grated cheese in it.
  • Switch off the flame, let the mixture cool down.
  • Mix the white sauce gravy with boiled spaghetti.
  • Add chopped onions, green chilli , salt, pepper in it.
  • Make small ball from the dough.
  • Make a batter by using flour and water . Coat each ball in it.
  • Then coat in bread crumbs each ball properly.
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the balls.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
