Ingredients

  • 1st corn layer,,boil corn 1 cup
  • 2,tbs yellow corn flour(maaka aata)
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper pdr
  • 2ndlayer ,,,white2 boil potatoes mash
  • 2 tbs cornflour white
  • 2 green chilli cut
  • 1 tsp black pepper pdr again
  • Stuffing,,,1 cup grated paneer
  • 1 cube cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian sizzing
  • 1/2tsp chilli flack1 tha basil or green coriander
  • 2 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • 1st layer ,,,m8x crushed corn,maze flour,salt black pepper pdr make dough
  • 2 layer,,,,mix mash potato, cornflour,salt,and other ingrident s,make dough,
  • Make 2 roties of both dough
  • Stuffing,, mix paneer,cheese and other spices
  • Spread stuffing in ge gerous amounts on 1 layer ,cover with 2 nd layer make sandwich tye make square shape
  • Put some corn on it
  • Fry the square
