Ingredients

Serves 12

  • For dough.....1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 2 tbsp rava

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp ajwain

  • For filling....4 boiled and grated potato

  • 2 tbsp rice flour

  • 1 tsp dry mango powder

  • 2-3 red chilly chopped

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

    For dough mix all the ingredients and make a stiff dough keep it covered for rest

  • 02

    For filling mix all the ingredients except sesame seeds.Keep it in fridge

    Take a portion of dough and roll it on

  • 04

    Cut roundles from it with cutter

  • 05

    Put the filling on one side and coat it with sesame seeds and deep fry it

  • 06

    Garnish it with sauce and coriander leaves
