Ingredients

  • Paneer 150 gm

  • Card 4 tbs

  • Salt 1tbs

  • Ginger and garlic paste 1tbs

  • Coriander and cumin powder 1tbs

  • Chat masala 1 tbs

  • Green chilli 1 paste

  • Balck paper powder 1tbs

  • Kashuri methi 5 tbs socked inti water 30 minutes

  • Olive oil 1 cup

  • Maida 90 gm

Directions

    paneer cut into thin 6 pieces,

    Take a bowl add all ingredients except oil and kashuri methi.

    Marinated 20 minutes.

  • 04

    Take a another bowl add moida ,black paper .Make a smooth batter.

    Take a piece of marinated paneer add methi paste over it.And again keep a marinated piece of paneer .

    Add moida batter.Cover it well.

  • 07

    Take a pan add oil deeply fried it.

  • 08

    Garnishing with salad serve hot Paneer Tikka.
