Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1 cup boiled leftover rice

  • 1/2 cup left over dal

  • 1/2 cup soaked poha

  • 1/4 cup rava

  • 3-4 green chilly chopped

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 5-6 cheese cubes

Directions

    Blend rice and dal in a mixer jar don't make fine paste only coarsely grind it.Take it out in a mixing bowl

  • 02

    Soaked poha in a water for 5 mins

  • 03

    Squeeze it and mix in rice dal mixture

  • 04

    Add rava and all the ingredients in it except cheese

  • 05

    Cut cheese in small cubes

  • 06

    Make lemon size balls from the mixture and stuff cheese in it and deep fry it in hot oil

  • 07

    Serve it with ketchup
