Kaiveeshal appam/egg jalebi is a Malabar tasty iftar snack. It taste's like fried pancake and texture looks like jalebi. It's a wonderful snack, and kids just love it!

Ingredients
Serves : 5
Egg - 3 (nos)
Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 5 tablespoon (add to your taste)
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 to 2 (tsp to taste)
Oil - 2 1/2 tablespoon (as per required)
Directions
In a bowl, beat the eggs well with your hand. Add sugar, cardamom powder, salt and mix well.
Then add maida slowly to this till you get the flowing consistency, not too thin or too thick.
Heat oil in a pan. Take a coconut shell with a hole and add the prepared batter to this by closing the hole with one finger.
Bring it over the pan, remove the finger and pour it in a circular motion.
