Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet corn

  • 1/8 spoon turmeric

  • 1/4 spoon salt

  • 2 spoon corn flour

  • 1/2 cup maida

  • 1 spoon chilly powder

  • 1 spoon pepper powder or chat masala

  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

    boil sweet corn along with pinch of salt and turmeric till half done

  • 02

    mix maida, corn flour salt, chilly powder pinch of turmeric

  • 03

    drain off water from corn an sprinkle the flour mixture little by little adding water if necessary. ensure all the corn is covered with flour

  • 04

    deep fry the corn in medium flame

  • 05

    sprinkle som pepper powder and salt or chat masala before serving. serve hot
