  • 10 baby corn cut into half


  • 1/2 cup maida


  • 1/2 cup corn flour


  • 1/2 spoon salt


  • 1/2 spoon pepper powder


  • 1/8 spoon turmeric


  • 2 cups oil for deep frying

Directions

  • mix maida, corn flour, salt and pepper powder
  • cut baby corn into bite size
  • boil water with salt and turmeric. boil baby corn till half done. drain all water
  • sprinkle maida mixture little by little
  • ensure that the baby corn is nicely covered with the flour
  • deep fry the baby corn in hot oil on medium flame
  • serve with tomato sauce
